At 18, I was expelled from college.
I spent a couple of years in a job that didn’t suit me, unsure what direction I was heading in.
I took a chance on a marketing apprenticeship and finished top of my class. From there, I moved straight into running B2B campaigns inside growing businesses, trusted with budgets, strategy, and results early on.
Seven years later I’ve worked across finance, construction, health and social care, and professional services. I’ve managed five-figure budgets, helped drive a 1,000%+ increase in enquiries for one client, and built marketing systems that kept generating results long after I’d finished building them.
I started Towers & Moore after seeing the same pattern repeatedly: strong businesses without senior marketing leadership.
Hiring full-time didn’t always make sense, and agencies often lacked commercial understanding.
