Marketing that's planned, done and reported. Every month.

I’m Dominic Towers-Moore. I plan and run the marketing for owner-led B2B businesses with 5 to 60 staff, from a strategy for the year down to the posts, campaigns and website work that bring in enquiries.

Sound familiar

Marketing slips to the bottom of the list when you're running the business

You’ve built a good business on referrals, and you’re already doing the job of five people.
  • 01Referrals you can’t predict

Some months are great and others are quiet, and you can’t tell where the next client is coming from.

  • 02A patchy presence online

You don’t show up on Google, your LinkedIn comes and goes, and what people find doesn’t reflect how good your work is.

  • 03No time or plan to fix it

You know you should be doing something. You’re just not sure what comes first, so it keeps getting pushed back.

Here’s how I fix that.

What you get

A plan for the year, broken down until it's this month's work

We agree a strategy for the year and break it into 90-day plans. Every month you get a written plan before the work starts and a report once it’s done, so you always know what’s happening and what it’s bringing in.

A yearly strategy

Where your enquiries should come from, who we’re going after and what we’ll measure.

Four 90-day plans

The strategy split into quarters, each with its own targets, reset on what worked.

A report every month

What was done, what it produced, what we learned and what’s next.

An update every week

A short note every Friday on what got done, what’s next and anything I need from you.

About me

Hi, I'm Dominic

I was expelled from college at 18, took a chance on a marketing apprenticeship and finished top of my class. I’ve run B2B marketing inside growing businesses ever since, and today I’m Group Marketing Manager for two finance brands. I set up Towers & Moore because so many good businesses were missing senior marketing help, and a full-time hire didn’t always make sense for them.

A good fit if

  • You run an owner-led B2B business with 5 to 60 people
  • You have no marketing team, or one person stretched thin
  • Most of your work comes through referrals and word of mouth
  • A new customer is worth £5k or more to you

Probably not a fit if

  • You already have a marketing team of more than three
  • You win all your work through tenders
  • Your products or services sell at a very low price

An experienced marketer who takes on the marketing manager role in your business part-time, for a monthly fee. I plan your marketing for the year and run it every month, from content and SEO to campaigns that bring in enquiries.

Essentials is £1,950 a month, Growth is £3,500 and Partner is £5,500, all plus VAT. Every tier includes a yearly strategy, monthly plans and reports, and your content hub, and the free audit will point you to the one that fits.

Any marketing work outside the regular monthly content and campaigns. Smaller ones take about a week, such as gathering testimonials or a one-page sales sheet. Bigger ones run across the month, such as a set of case studies or a new service page with tracking, and a website rebuild is split across two or three months. We agree the list at each monthly catch-up, and anything beyond your allowance is quoted upfront.

Yes. Website work of any size counts as a priority project, from a single new page to a full rebuild. A rebuild is planned into your 90-day plan and runs alongside the regular work, so it’s covered by your monthly fee.

There’s a three-month minimum, which gives the strategy and content time to start working. After that it runs month to month with 30 days’ notice.

You fill in a short form with your website and biggest marketing challenge. I look at your website, content and current marketing, then record you a short video with three things I’d fix first, within three working days. There’s no sales call unless you want one.
